Alex’s class have had a visit from Dr. Steve Bruce on Thursday as part of their STEM and computing sessions. He introduced the children to ‘Spheros’ which are miniature sphere robots which the children controlled using an app. Children were able to see how this sort of technology is used to make self-driving electric cars which encouraged them to think about renewable energy.
